• Fujairah Fort and Fujairah Heritage Village: Considered the oldest fort in the entire UAE, Fujairah Fort is a gateway into the historic foundations of the region. This yellow-hued massive fort was built in 1670 and has three main sections, including tall towers and several halls. The fort was historically used to serve as a defence unit, as well as a residence for the royals. Fujairah Fort, along with the adjoining Fujairah Museum and Fujairah Heritage Village, offers a glimpse of grandeur as well as the traditional lives of the people of the region.

• Al Bidya Mosque: Another iconic architecture in Fujairah is the Al Bidya Mosque. It is the oldest functioning mosque in the UAE. There is also a more convenient option for Indian citizens carrying a visa or permanent resident card from the US, UK or any other country in the European Union. If Indian passport holders have these additional immigration documents, then they are eligible to apply for a 14-day visa on arrival in Fujairah.

To apply for a UAE visa, Indian nationals will need a valid Indian passport and a self-photograph in passport size. Additionally, applicants will need to show proof of accommodation in the UAE, possess confirmed return tickets, and have enough funds to cover the expenses of the trip to Fujairah.
